TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the GoGo Brazil Contest to select hottest male GoGo dancers who can and will perform on the launch night of GoGo Brazil on the 19th of October 2008 at Heaven Club, Under the Arches, Villier  Street,. The terms here expressed below and any description relating to the rules of the Contest in all pages within this form shall apply and are in effect with respect to this Contest.
   
   
2. GoGo Brazil reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By entering the Contest, the Participant agrees to comply with such amendments and accepts any decision taken by GoGo Brazil with regards to the Contest and all matters related to it, including without limitation, the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
   
   
3. Participants must ensure that all details provided are correct and that they own all rights to the photographs provided.
   
   
4. GoGo Brazil reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Contest without any obligation to provide any notice or explanation. GoGo Brazil reserves the right to disqualify any Participant that incurs any violation of the rules or in the event that GoGo Brazil reasonably determines that any participant is unsuitable for the Contest or being the face of GoGo Brazil.
   
   
5. Participants are required to register for the contest sending their details and a picture of their full body using the template provided by GoGo Brazil. Participants will have until October 11th to register and send the completed forms specified.
   
   
6. 15 finalists with the most potential to be the face of GoGo Brazil will be pre-selected by the organisers during a session that will take place on the 12th of October in London. Place, date and time of this session will be confirmed to all Participants by email, or phone provided in the registration forms. The 15 finalists selected will proceed on to the final stage of the contest.
   
   
7. Finalists will be required to perform as a GoGo Dancer in front of an audience on the launch night of GoGo Brazil on the 19th October 2008 in 2 sets of 15 minutes each, and the announcing of the winners. Finalists will be wearing different attire: beach wear, carnival wear, and glamorous wear.
   
   
8. Finalists must be available for the final competition at Heaven Club from 5pm on the 19th October 2008 until 2 am on the 20th of October 2008.
   
   
9. The final winner will be selected on the launch night of GoGo Brazil on the 19th October 2008, by the public attending the event, who will vote for their favourite GoGo Dancer using GoGo Brazil printed money. Every person attending the night will be given one GoGo Brazil bill at the entrance. Each person will give the bill to the dancer they like the most during the 15 minute sets the dancers will be performing. Attendees will have the change to buy more GoGo Brazil bills to give their preferred dancers more votes. The dancer with most GoGo Brazil bills before the winner is announced will be the winner. Winners will be announced at the end of the night itself.  There will no right of appeal to the result of the Contest.  In the event of a draw, the decision of the management of GoGO Brazil will be final.
   
   
10. The winners will get the following prizes:
    a. First Place - One return ticket to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, during low season, and 5 nights in a hotel 3 star hotel.
    b. Second Place - £500 worth of personal training sessions at Urban Wellbeing.
    c. Third Place - £150 clothing voucher at Rio Beach
    d. Fourth Place - 1 hour sports massage
    e. Fifth Place - an organic facial
    
    
11. By submitting a registration form, each Participant fully and unconditionally
    a.   Agrees to these Terms and Conditions
    b.   Authorises GoGo Brazil to use their personal data for the purposes of running and promoting the Contest this year and/or in subsequent years;
    c.   Confirms that they are eligible for entry into the Contest and know of no reason why they cannot be the face of GoGo Brazil
    d.   Will be deemed to have read, accepted and agree to be bound by these Contest Terms and Conditions. Participants are advised to print and keep safe these Terms and Conditions.
    
    
12. Application must be submitted in the English language and complete. GoGo Brazil will not be responsible for submission of inaccurate information, loss of forms, ineligible or illegible forms submitted.
    
    
13. Registrations for the contest will be closed on 18th of October 2008 at 23:59 pm GMT.
    
    
14. Participants must be aged at least 18 years old on the date of application.
    
    
15. Participants shall not be permitted to enter the Contest if by entering into the Contest they may cause GoGo Brazil and/or themselves to be in breach of any agreement (including but not limited to any contract of employment) to which they are a party or in breach of any law, regulation or rule having the force of law to which GoGo Brazil or the entrant may be subject.
    
    
16. GoGo Brazil reserves the right to contact all Participants, send updates, and conduct any surveys or any interview with the Participants during and after the duration of the Contest.
    
    
17. GoGo Brazil is not responsible, nor liable for any expenses and costs incurred by the Participants in preparing for and entering and participating in the Contest.
    
    
18. Participants must not act in any way or fail to act in any way or be associated with any cause or group which would have a negative impact on the reputation of GoGo Brazil, the Contest or the Sponsors.
    
    
19. Participants agree to positively participate in all publicity surrounding the Contest; and hereby grant GoGo Brazil the right to use their likeness, photographs, logos, and trade marks, audio or video recordings without restriction for the purposes of publicity of the Contest and for GoGo Brazil merchandising.
    
    
20. The Winner of the grand first prize agrees to be the model of GoGo Brazil for the remainder of 2008, subject to the terms of a contract to be agreed between GoGo Brazil and the Winner.  Entry into the Contest, becoming and finalist and/or winning the Contest should not be taken as an offer of employment by GoGo Brazil. The Winner agrees to positively participate in all publicity surrounding GoGo Brazil, and hereby grant GoGo Brazil the right to use their likeness, photographs, logos, and trade marks, audio or video recordings without restriction for the purposes of publicity and for GoGo Brazil merchandising.
    
    
21. All Finalists and Winners agree to be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties or other charges payable in relation to any prize.
    
    
22. By submitting the registration form to this Contest, the Participant agrees and releases GoGo Brazil, and any affiliates, employees, sponsors or directors from any and all liability or responsibility arising in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Contest or as to any prize(s) awarded.
    
    
23. GoGo Brazil will not disclose any of the Participants, Finalists, and Winners personal information to any third parties without their explicit permission. Furthermore, GoGo Brazil will not use your information for any other purposes than for those mentioned on this Terms and Conditions.
    
    
24. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any claim or matter arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court in London.
    
    
25. These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in the English language. If these Terms and Conditions are translated into another language, the English language text shall in any event prevail.
